How do I use my e-tickets?

You will be emailed an order confirmation that will include your unique Booking Reference Number and a barcode that also contains this number.

Please present this on your phone on arrival.

Do you issue refunds?

We regret that we are unable to issue refunds but you can change your tickets yourself if you create an account.

Refunds due to unforeseen circumstances for Stonehenge Bus Tour tickets will be given up to 24 hours prior to travel.

What happens when I buy a ticket online?

You will be emailed an 8 digit booking reference on receipt of payment – please present this on your phone on arrival.

I don't have a printer...

If you cannot show your confirmation email to us on your phone please make a note of your booking reference number and tell it to us on arrival so that we can look up your booking.  

What time should I arrive?

Please note that access to the Cathedral can be limited during special events, please check our closures before you travel.

Can I make group bookings?

Group bookers for Salisbury Cathedral should call 01722 555 120 to arrange their visit.

Is there wheelchair access?

Salisbury Cathedral's floor, Chapter House, Cloisters, restaurant, shop and toilets are all wheelchair accessible.

Can I purchase a ticket on the day?

Tickets can be bought ‘on the door’ but advance booking is recommended to guarantee entry - we now have to manage numbers in the building and we do 'sell out' on busy days.
